Our guidelines for cancellations and refunds
At Holiday Stack, we are committed to curating memorable experiences for our guests. We recognize that plans may change, and we strive to provide clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds. By booking with Holiday Stack, you agree to adhere to our Cancellation Policy.
To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing or via email at least 7 days before the activity/tour start date.
For group bookings, the lead organizer must submit the cancellation request in writing or via email at least 15 days before the activity/tour start date.
Safety is our priority. In adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances compromising activity/tour safety, Holiday Stack reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. Participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule in such cases.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method.
Timeframe: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
Requests for modifications or rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and our discretion. Such requests must be made in writing on WhatsApp or via email at least 7 days before the activity/tour start date.
Participants failing to arrive at the designated time and location will be considered no-shows. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
