Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
At Holiday Stack, we are committed to curating memorable experiences for our guests. We recognize that plans may change, and we strive to provide clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds. By booking with Holiday Stack, you agree to adhere to our Cancellation Policy.

Individual Bookings:
Cancellation Requests: To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing or via email at least 7 days before the activity/tour start date.

Cancellation Charges:

More than 30 days before the activity/tour start date: 10% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 15 to 30 days before the activity/tour start date:
50% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 15 days before the activity/tour start date or in the case of no-shows:
No refund will be provided.

Group Bookings (10 participants or more):
Cancellation Requests: For group bookings, the lead organizer must submit the cancellation request in writing or via email at least 15 days before the activity/tour start date.

Cancellation Charges:

More than 60 days before the activity/tour start date:
10% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 30 to 60 days before the activity/tour start date:
50% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days before the activity/tour start date or in the case of no-shows:
No refund will be provided.

Weather and Safety:
Safety is our priority. In adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances compromising activity/tour safety, Holiday Stack reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. Participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule in such cases.

Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method.

Timeframe: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

Modifications or Rescheduling:
Requests for modifications or rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and our discretion. Such requests must be made in writing on WhatsApp or via email at least 7 days before the activity/tour start date.

No Show Policy:
Participants failing to arrive at the designated time and location will be considered no-shows. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Additional Terms:
Holiday Stack reserves the right to cancel or modify activities/tours due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements, including timely arrival. Adherence to safety guidelines provided by our guides is mandatory.
